By accessing or using Look-Out Hub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Look-Out Hub provides a project management and networking platform for the construction industry, connecting contractors, homeowners, and trade professionals. Our services include project tracking, client portals, referral management, document storage, and communication tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that:

  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of such features. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not substantially used the Service. To request a refund, contact us at support@lookouthub.work. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be prorated based on usage.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Look-Out Hub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without explicit permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOK-OUT HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Look-Out Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
